DESCRIPTION: A two component aliphatic isocynate coating with excellent gloss and color retention. Cures to touch, abrasive resistant film with exterior durability, chalk resistance, color and gloss retention on long term exterior exposure.

TYPICAL USE: Primarily used as a topcoat for storage tanks, water towers, oil rigs, equipment, pipes and racks, lighting fixtures, and other metal products.

GLOSS: 93% +

COLORS: Standard and custom matched colors

SOLIDS: 60% volume

COVERAGE RATE: 400 sq. ft./gal @ 2.5 mil. Dry

MIX RATIO: 4:14 Base to 1 Harder

POTLIFE: 2-6 hours

SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 280* F

VOC: 3.0 lbs/gal

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Severe Exposure: White metal blast to SSPC-SP5-6.

• Moderate Exposure: Commercial blast to SSPC-SP6

Note: Coating designed as topcoat and is not recommended directly over unprimed surfaces. Should be applied over proper primers or intermediate coats. 14 SERIES and SP-12 Epoxies are recommended primers.

APPLICATION: Conventional or airless spray is recommended.
